4. Front Handlebar Post, Tension Control Knob, and Computer Installation
Remove four M8x15 Hexagon Socket Pan Head Bolts (15) and four Ø8xØ25x2 Big Curve
Washers (16) from the tube of the Front Main Frame (17). Remove bolts with the 5mm
Allen Wrench provided.
Slide the Front Handlebar Post Cover (14) up to the Front Handlebar Post (10).
Insert the Tension Cable (66) through into the bottom hole of Front Handlebar Post (10) and
pull it out from the square hole of Front Handlebar Post (10).
Connect the Extension Hand Pulse Sensor Wires II (67) and Sensor Wire (68) from the Front
Main Frame (17) to the Extension Hand Pulse Sensor Wires III (65) and Extension Sensor
Wire (27) from the Front Handlebar Post (10).
Insert the Front Handlebar Post (10) onto the tube of the Front Main Frame (17) and secure
with four M8x15 Hexagon Socket Pan Head Bolts (15) and four Ø8xØ25x2 Big Curve
Washers (16) that were removed. Tighten bolts with the 5mm Allen Wrench provided.
Slide the Front Handlebar Post Cover (14) down to the Front Main Frame (17).
Remove the Ø20xØ5.2 Curve Washer (7) and M5x45 Cross Recessed Pan Head Bolt (9)
and from the Tension Control Knob (13). Remove bolt with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips
Screwdriver provided.
