Physical Fitness Test (FAT)
In standby mode, press the „PROG" key to enter the human body mass index (FAT)
detection window that displays „FAT". Press the „Settings" button to select the
parameters to be set:
F1 – Gender (male or female)
F2 – Age (10-80)
F3 – Height (80-200 cm)
F4 - Body weight (30-120 kg)
Turn the right and use “Speed +” and “Speed -” to set gender and press mode button
to set following parameters. When settings are done, hold the hand pulse to enter
the physical detection. The body mass index (FAT) is a measurement of the relation
between a person's height and weight, but not refer to the proportion of the body.
FAT is suitable for men and women, along with other health indicators, it serves as
basis for people to adjust weight. Ideal FAT should be between 20-25, less than 19
means under weight, the range between 25 and 29 is overweight, and if you exceed
30, it is considered to be obesity. The range of parameters is as follow. (This data is

HRC program
In the standby mode, press the "PROG" button for the HRC program that is found after
the 99 preset programs. After pressing the "MODE" button, select the parameters you
want to set.
A - age interface (15-80)
B - target heart rate (220-age) * 0.6
C - Target heart rate target range (80-180)
Press "SPEED +" and "SPEED -" to set the gender and the following parameters.
HRC is a speed mode where speed is controlled automatically based on heart rate. The
frequency can be measured wirelessly or using a pulse sensor on the handles.
USB
The USB port is for playing songs from a USB flash drive, not the phone. To play songs
from your phone, use the AUX port.
Bluetooth
The Bluetooth connection is not used to play songs from the phone. You can connect
a chest strap via Bluetooth or pair the strap with your phone via the FITSHOW
application or another application.
PROGRAMS
The speed and time of preset programs are fixed and can not be changed. The set
time of all programs is 30 minutes
