Once a goal value is set, set a desired resistance level then press the START/STOP key 
and begin to row. The preset value will count down and all other data will register or count 
up until the preset value is reached.  

    

B. Race 

Program:

 Press the UP or Down key during the category selection mode to “RACE” 

then press the ENTER key to confirm selection.  

 

This program is designed to simulate a friendly competitive race against an opponent.  
 
Once you enter race program, you will be asked to select the PC Boat speed first. The default 
setting is L9; press UP/DOWN key to change the setting and ENTER to accept the setting.

1.  Choose Pace boat Speed:

 L9 and 4:00min 500 meter split time will display in the data 

display and dot matrix profile windows. The split time can be changed by increments of 30 
seconds by pressing the UP or DOWN key to adjust between ranges of L1 – L15.

chart above for exact split time changes

. Press the ENTER key once selection is complete. 

 

2. Choose 

Distance/Meters:

 A default 500 meters will display in the data display window and 

this number can be changed by increments of 500 by pressing the UP or DOWN key to 
adjust between ranges of 500 - 10,000 meters. Press the ENTER key once selection is 
complete. 

 

3. 

Set your desired resistance level then press the START/STOP key to begin the program 
and start rowing.  

Dot matrix display during program: The user and PC Boat progress will be displayed on this window. 
The program will stop when one of you has reached the target distance; PC WIN or USER WIN will 
be displayed.  

Please note: you can adjust the resistance level on the knob anytime of this program.
