is required. The following will help to ensure trouble-free operation for several
years :-
1.
Vacuum the dust from the ventilation intake.
2.
Wipe the cover with a damp cloth.
3.
Periodically cut the input AC power to test the condition of batteries
CAUTION: It is recommended to test the battery discharge capability
only after ensuring that the critical load is not delivering
any important function.

Troubleshooting
The unit can be serviced only by authorized personnel. In case the UPS fails
to operate properly, turn off the unit first and review the following check list.
Be prepared to answer the questions before calling for service.
1.
Did you follow the proper operation procedure ?
2.
Is the input & battery circuit breaker on the rear panel turned on ?
3.
Is the voltage of the utility correct ? Are the input cables tightly
connected to the input terminals and the utility panel? Are the output
cables and battery cables of the Powerbank UPS also properly
connected ?
4.
Did a power failure occur just after or before the malfunction was noted
the UPS.
5.
Is the fuse on the rear panel blown ? If blown replace it only with the
same type and rating.
6.
Did an overload condition occur ? Remove load from the unit and
restart the unit.
After investigation as per above checklist, if the UPS fails to start, carry out
the following test procedure:-
Open the topcover by removing the screws on the sides and rear of the UPS
panel to gain access inside the UPS. Observe carefully for any damage to
IGBTs or other power components. If any abnormal bulge or burnt marks are
observed call up your nearest Sales Office and report the same.
