Connecting to Networks and Devices
Bluetooth
You can use Bluetooth to send data by running a corresponding application,
not from the Bluetooth menu as on most other mobile phones.
Turning on Bluetooth and pairing up your phone with a Bluetooth
device
You must pair your device with another device before you connect to it.
1. On the Home screen, touch >
Apps
tab >
Settings
>
Bluetooth
from the WIRELESS & NETWORKS category.
2. Touch the switch
to turn Bluetooth on. Your phone will scan for and
display the IDs of all available Bluetooth in-range devices. If the device
you want to pair with isn’t on the list, make sure the target device is set
to be discoverable, then tap
Search for devices
.
3. Choose the device you want to pair up with from the list. Depending on
the type of device, you will have to confirm pairing, enter a code, or it
will automatically pair.
4. Once the paring is successful, your device will connect to the device.
Sending pictures using Bluetooth
1. Open the
Gallery
and touch a picture, then touch >
Bluetooth
2. Check if
Bluetooth
is on, then select
Search for devices
.
3. Choose the device you want to send data to from the list.
