After attempting the Unlock Pattern 5 times, you can touch the
Forgot pattern? option and use your Google account information
to unlock your device.

didn’t create the Google
account on the device?
Without entering the Unlock Pattern, you will not be able to access
your device.
If you forgot your unlock pattern, please contact customer service.

How do I create the Unlock
Pattern?
1. From the Home screen, touch Apps .
2. Touch Settings > Location & security .
3. Touch
Configure lock screen
(under the Lock screen section of
the settings). The first time you do this, a short tutorial about
creating an Unlock Pattern appears.
4. Touch Pattern and set up by drawing your pattern once, then
again for confirmation.
