Initial Configuration and Operation
FTP Server List
An FTP server receives the recorded video clips.
>
To add an FTP server;
1. Press [Add] button and the FTP server configuration
window will pop up.
2. Make changes to various items for FTP server setup.
•
Alias: The name of the FTP server
•
Address: The address of the FTP server
•
Port: The port number to be used for
connection
•
User ID: Input the username to log on to the
FTP server.
•
Password: Input the password.
•
Folder: Input the path to which the data will
be saved.
•
Test: To test the server, press [Test] button.
3. Press [Save] to save the changes you made.
>
Editing an FTP server
1. Select the target FTP server to be edited from the
list.
2. Press [Edit] button. Makes changes to setup
attributes of the server.
>
Remove an FTP Server
1. Select the target FTP server to be deleted from the
list.
2. Press [Remove] button.
SMTP Server List
An SMTP server is used to receive notification messages.
>
Add an SMTP server.
1. Press [Add] button. The SMTP server setup window
will appear.
2. Make changes to various attributes as below;
•
Alias: Input the name of the SMTP server.
•
User ID: Input the username to log on to the
server.
