You can smell rubbers for the first three months
after buying the product.
Is the dust bin full?
•
You can smell odor due to dust in the dust bin.
Clean the dust bin.
Is the filter covered with foreign
objects?
•
You can smell order in the filter if the filter is
not cleaned for a long time. Clean the pre-filter,
motor protection filter, and exhaust filter.
Is the pre-filter wet?
•
You can smell order if you leave the pre-filter
unattended for a long time without drying up
properly after cleaning it with water. Clean the
filter in the running water and dry up completely
before use.

If washed with water, remove moisture com-
pletely by drying up more than 24 hours in the
well-ventilated shade. If you use the wet dust
bin, it may cause bad smells or product malfunc-
tion.
The RoboSense lamp

When did you replace the hose
battery?

Replace the AAA battery of the hose.
Noise becomes louder.
Is the product working?
•
It’s not malfunction as noise occurs when the
motor rotates at a high speed.
Is the dust bin full?
•
Empty the dust bin and clean the pre-filter and
motor protection filter at the rear of the dust
bin.
Is the suction nozzle, hose, or
length adjustment extension tube
blocked by a large foreign object?
•
Remove the sticking large object using the
wooden chopstick.
The product is turned
off quickly.
Is the product fully charged?
•
Fully charge the product.

use for a long time?
•
To obtain the best performance after keeping
for a long time, discharge and charge the battery
several times.
did you use the product at a high
temperature (above 38 °C)?
•
The power can be turned off quickly if the
ambient temperature is above 38 °C, to protect
the product. Sufficiently cool down at room
temperature before use. If the same problem
persists, contact LG Electronics Service Center.

Fully charge the product.

long time after installing the
accessory suction nozzle?
•
The product can be turned off if the product
or battery is overheated. If you experience the
same problem after about 30 minutes, contact
