• Step 2: Select Designer
• Choose stylist and select
Submit
to send formula
• Step 3: For Multiple Formulas on One Client
• Repeat steps 1 and 2
• Step 4: Dispensing Formulas
• Open the front door and place an empty CHI bowl on
the scale plate. Make sure to close the door before
dispensing formula.
• When ready to dispense, find and select the stylist’s name
from the
Dispense
screen on the machine. Formula will
then be highlighted in red.
• Select highlighted
Dispense
tab. Machine will initialize
position and then dispense the formula. Do not touch the
machine or open any door during dispensing.
• The recommended processing times for the formula will be
displayed on the screen during dispensing.
• Machine will notify when the formula is ready. Close the tab
on the screen and remove the bowl.
• Your formula is now ready to be mixed and applied!
*If you have multiple formulas, they will be in queue. Replace
bowl with a new bowl and repeat dispensing formula process.
• To return the app home screen, select
+Add
