Voltage across

Voltage across

R300 is ~160mV.

Is the battery charged?

Re-solder CN601.

Re-solder R300, Q300, D300.

Replace D300.

Replace R300.

The battery may have the problem.
Change the battery and try again.

Replace Q300

The charging adaptor (TA) is out of order.
Change the charging adaptor.
