4.12 SIM Detect Trouble

START

Does the SIM

supports 3V?

Voltage at pin 1 of

J500 =2.85V ?

Check the soldering

condition of J500.

Check the contact between

J500 and SIM card.

Change the SIM and try

again.Does it work

properly?

The SIM is malfunctioned.

Change the SIM.

SIM will be detected.

Does it work properly after

re-downloading SW ?

Change

the main

board.

Replace J500.

Re-solder J500

Voltage at pin 18 of

U301 =2.85V ?

Replace U301.

Change the SIM.Our phone supports 3V SIM only.

Yes

Setting : Insert the SIM into J301. Connect PIF to the phone, and power on.
