6 Troubleshooting
Problem

LCD is blank
No power
Assure batteries are properly installed and
charged. Press and hold the EndPower
button for 1 second.
“NO CHANNEL” displayed
when TALK button
pressed
All DECT channels
are in use.
Wait until a channel is available.
Low or high audio volume
Volume needs

While connected to a call, press Up or
Down arrow on the Navigation button.
Low or high ringer volume
