Ribbon Blender Process
The basic mechanism of the RBM
™
Ribbon Blender involves filling the Mixing Tank with ingredients,
powering the machine to move the Rotating Shaft and Ribbon Agitator, and discharging the
blended materials.
Filling the Mixing Tank with Materials and Blending Them
The materials are poured into the Mixing Tank. As the machine operates, the Rotating Shaft moves,
which causes the Ribbon Agitator to rotate. During this process, powder is continuously moved in
opposite directions and blended into a homogeneous product.
Discharging the Powder
After the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, the discharge valve at the bottom of the machine
releases the mixed materials.
