Attach the following printouts to the PDS check sheet:

• Battery Charge Test printout
• Techstream Tire Pressure Info printout
• Techstream Health Check printout

Complete and sign the PDS check sheet, and file with the 

PDS repair order.

PDS Records Retention & Access

• Maintain PDS records per applicable file retention

requirements

• Provide Lexus and Lexus authorized representatives with

copies on request.

Submit product technical reports regarding quality issues as 

applicable.

- Use the PDS Manual when performing this service. Download manual from TIS or Dealer Daily or order from MDC, 00242-PDSES-MAN16.
- Check Technical Information System (TIS) for PDS Technical Service Information Bulletins (TSIBs) that apply to the model you are servicing, see p. 2.
- Verify the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) on repair order and vehicle match.

ES300h: Do not touch orange high-voltage wiring (See Hybrid System Electrical Safety Precautions p.2, also see TSIB)

Check cleanness, damage through entire process
1. Prepare tools & supplies (p. 2.)
2. Pull vehicle into bay, open hood
3. Engine Compartment (Use fender covers)
