0302 NVRAM R/W An error was detected
in reading or writing
NVRAM. Replace the system
board.
0303 Memory Failure Unable to initialize
memory Replace the system
board.
0304 Hardware
Failure General hardware
failure (unable to
localize failure to a
specific system) Replace the system
board.
0305 Flash
Programming Unable to program
Flash memory Unplug the
All-In-One; wait a few
seconds, then plug
the All-In-One back
in, and turn the power
on. If the error
remains, replace the
USB cable. If the
error continues,
replace the system
board.
0306 Paper System
Failure Failure in initializing
DC paper feed system Unplug the All-In-
One; wait a few
seconds, then plug
the All-In-One back
in, and turn the power
on. If the error
remains, replace the
system board.
1100 Paper Jam There is paper jammed
in the All-In-One, or the
feed roller is stalled. Clear the paper jam,
and resend print job.
1101 Paper Out The All-In-One is out of
paper. Load paper.
1102 Incorrect
Printhead Printhead ID is not
valid. Replace the print
cartridge.
1103 Missing
Printhead Printhead is missing. Install print cartridge.
