Troubleshooting
This chapter describes two methods to solve the operational problems. The first relies on the
3200MFP’s internal diagnostics. The second uses troubleshooting flowcharts and tables to isolate
the problem. In many cases, the internal diagnostics will help you to locate the source of the
problem quickly. Use these diagnostics first. If the diagnostics do not locate the source of the
problem, refer to Section 3.2
