Devices

 menu and select the 

Device Setup

 option.

VST Audio System 

and, if not already selected, select 

Lambda ASIO

 

(for Windows) or 

Lexicon Lambda In/Out

 (for Mac). Click the 

Switch

to select the driver, then click 

OK
