COMO EFECTUAR LOS

TESTS ELÉCTRICOS

6.1 - Medida de resistencias
de los bobinados

Estátor :
– desatornillar los 4 tornillos de

fijación de la tapa plástica su-
perior,

– desconectar los hilos del

condensador para leer la resis-
tencia de la fase auxiliar (p. 5).,

– desconectar los hilos del

conector para leer la resisten-
cia de la fase principal (p. 5).

Rótor :
– proceder al desmontaje del

estátor (p. 6).

Desoldar los hilos de los diodos
para leer la resistencia de cada
bobinado (p. 5).

6.2 - 

Medidas de los dio-

dos

a) Proceder de la misma mane-
ra que para la lectura de la re-
sistencia del rótor desmontando
la carcasa del estátor y desol-
dando un sólo lado de los dio-
dos.

b) Medir con el ohmímetro en
directo e inverso cada diodo.

6.3 - 

Medida del condensador

a) desatornillar los 4 tornillos de fijación de la tapa de
plástico superior.

b) desconectar los
hilos del condensa-
dor y conectar el
condensador en una
red alterna en serie
con un interruptor y
un amperímetro.

6 - TESTING OF COMPONENTS

6.1 - Measurement of resistance
 of the various coils

Stator :

- unscrew the top plastic cover.
- disconnect the capacitor wires in order
to check the resistance of the auxiliary
phase (p. 5).
- disconnect the capacitor 4 wires of the
connector in order to check the resistan-
ce at the main winding (p. 5).

Rotor :

- unscrew the 4 fixing screws of the sta-
tor frame to the flange mounted on the
engine.
- remove the complete frame (see p. 6).
- unsolder the wires from the diodes in
order to check the resistance of each
winding (p. 5).

6.2 - Checking the diodes

a) 

Follow the procedure for measuring

the resistance at the rotor winding as for
as removal of the complete frame and
unsolder only one side of the diodes.

b)

 Check with ohmmeter in both direc-

tions.

6.3 - Checking the capacitor

a)

 unscrew the top plastic cover

b)

 disconnect the capaci-

tor wires connect the ca-
pacitor to a mains voltage
with a switch and an am-
meter to read the current
(see table).
