Installation
Go to the Apple Store or Google Play Store
and download the Leona™ Smart app.
Once the app is installed, please register and login.

Insert 3 AAA batteries into the back panel of the
sensor unit and flip the switch to ON. Using the
small metal device included in the box (or a
paperclip), press the Reset button until the light on
the front of the unit blinks red. This will allow your
Leona™ Smart app to find your device.
To connect your sensor with an existing Leona™
product such as a plug, outlet, or controller, simply
press the Automation button in the device menu, press
the + button to add an automation, and create rules for
your automation to determine what automations your
sensor will trigger. Or use the sensor independently as
a silent alarm and have notifications sent to your home.
For example, IF motion is detected, THEN trigger my
Leona™ Pro RGB Controller to turn lights green.
If you would like to get notifications regarding your
sensor’s status, go to your app profile settings and
under App Notification select Enable Notifications.

Select your Wi-Fi network and enter your password
as shown in the image below. Leona™ devices only
work on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, so ensure that
your router is configured appropriately.

Once your device is connected you can associate it
with a specific room in your home or head to the main
menu to explore your sensor functions.
