• This appliance is not designed to be
operated by an external timer or a
separate supervisory control system.
• Do not open the lid while the water is
boiling.
• Fill the appliance only up to the
maximum filling level otherwise the
boiling water can spout.
• Close the lid without fail while
heating the water otherwise, the
boiling water can spout!
• Use the electric kettle only with the
appliance base that is provided.
• The electric kettle, the appliance
base, the connecting cable and the
power plug are not allowed to be
immersed in the water or other liquids.
• Liquid is not allowed to overflow on
the appliance plug-in connector.

heating element still has the residual
heat after the use.
• If the connecting cable of this appli-
ance is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer or his customer
service or a similarly qualified person in
order to prevent the hazards.

originate from electric appliances.
Moreover, animals can also cause
damage to the appliance. Therefore,
generally keep the animals away from

Children are not allowed to play with

There is a risk of an electric shock.
• If liquids enter into the appliance
base, immediately pull out the power
plug. Before putting into operation
again, get the appliance checked.
• Do not bring the appliance in service

cable has visible damages
or if the appliance base has been
dropped prior to this.
