Chapter 4: Removing and Replacing Components

Removing the G8296 from a Lenovo NeXtScale Rack

This section describes how to remove the G8296 from a Lenovo NeXtScale 4-post
rack.

To remove the G8296 from a NeXtScale rack, complete the following steps:

Disconnect all external cables.

Loosen and remove the rear-most set of M4 screws securing the mounting brackets
to the side of the switch.
