Use the 3 mm Allen Wrench on the two center 

screws to tighten the Display/Battery Inlay 
Removal Insert into position. 

 

6.

 

Slide both side rails on the Display Removal 
Fixture firmly against the Battery Inlay Insert. 

Use the 3 mm Allen Wrench to tighten the four 
outside screws on the underside of the Display 
Removal Fixture. 

 

7.

 

Follow preheating steps described on Page 17. 

 

8.

 

Slide the phone into the Battery Removal 
Fixture as shown. Center the phone in the 
Fixture. 

 

9.

 

Use an alignment pin to lock the phone and the 
Battery Inlay Removal Insert as shown.
