SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

This charger has been designed for trained professionals. Before using your 

charger, read and understand the content of this manual, following the safety 

and operating instructions exactly. Keep the charger and batteries protected 

and stored in a safe and dry environment.

• Please carefully read the warning labels printed on the charger. Please strictly control 

the working environment to meet the requirements for operating electrical equipment 

when using the charger. Unsafe usage may damage the charger or other devices 

connected to charger and more seriously may endanger personal safety. When using 

the charger be sure to use the correct safety equipment, goggles, gloves, ear protection 

and appropriate attire - avoid vinyl clothing as it can generate sparks.

• This charger should not be used by untrained people, children, or individuals with 

physical or mental disabilities. It should not be left unattended. 

• Always keep this instruction manual close to the device for reference. 

• Any modification or alterations to this charger are strictly prohibited 

• Combustible gas may be produced by a battery when charging, fire is strictly 

prohibited at the operating site. Keep the device and vehicle away from potential 

explosives. Do not smoke, use matches or a lighter near the device. Do not touch or 

inhale gasses released by a battery.  

• Be careful when operating this device near vehicles as moving parts may cause injury.

• Only use the accessories provided with the charger. Do not repair the charger 

yourself, if you encounter any issues, please contact your distributor if any repairs are 

required. Before use, please ensure that the charger is undamaged, that there are no 

obvious abrasions or signs that the charger has been dropped.

• This charger must only be used to charge rechargeable lead acid batteries (AGM, EFB, 

GEL, WET). Charging of disposable, lithium and dry cell batteries is strictly prohibited. 

The specifications of the battery must be compatible with the charger. Incorrect usage 

may result in damage to the charger, the battery or the electrical system of the vehicle. 

Never attempt to start a frozen battery. If battery acid splashes on skin, in the eyes 

or on clothing, wash immediately with soap and water - seek medical attention if 

necessary. Lead can be dangerous during pregnancy. 

• Always check the voltage of the battery before attempting to charge.

• Power supply voltage and connections should be in strict accordance with the 

operating instructions of the charger and the vehicle. Positive and negative terminal 

connections cannot be reversed. Avoid short circuits on the device. 

• Keep the charger clean, store any cables safely and neatly. Once the charger is 

no longer in operation, turn off the charger and disconnect it from the mains power 

source. Do not attempt to open the charger or perform maintenance while the charger 

is connected to a power source or battery. For any questions concerning maintenance 

or repair please contact your distributor before attempting to disassemble the device 

yourself. 

• Treat the charger with respect, do not submerge or burn. Dispose of the charger 

correctly. Please recycle this device, its packaging and any batteries correctly.
