ADJUSTMENT OF WORKING WIDTH
Proceed safely and cautiously. Ensure sufficient stability during
modification. Moving parts may easily cause physical injuries.
- For effective adjustment of the machine’s swath width to the pick-
up of the harvesting machine, the rotors can be fitted to the trailer
in two positions to change both the working width and the swath
width.
- Please follow the instructions below to adjust the machine to a
different working width:
- Unfold the machine entirely.
- Dismount the steering rod for the swath cover.
- Dismount the bolts A (fig. B-1) of the mounting plates.
- Hoist the rotor and slide it towards the required position.
- Fit the bolts of the mounting plates.
- Dismount the roll pin from the ram pin and remove the pin.
- Position the end of the ram in front of the correct slotted holes.
- Fit the ram pin, together with the rings, and lock the pin by means
of the roll pin.
- Mount the correct steering rod A (fig. B-2) for the swath cover.
Place the remaining steering rod in the storage facility B on the
back of the machine.
