04. Fitting the
saddle and handlebars
Saddle.
Using the 5mm allen key, loosen the seatpost clamp
bolt and insert the seatpost. Make sure it’s at the
correct height. When sitting on the saddle, your knee
should be at a slight bend when the pedal is at its
lowest position. Then, tighten the bolt.
Tip: Using a 5mm allen key you can also adjust the
angle of the seatpost and the front-to-back position
of it. However, this should be correctly set already.
Handlebars.
Step 1:
Now, using a 6mm allen key, loosen the bolt
located at the top of the handlebar stem, then insert
it into the frame. Once inserted, centre the handlebar
and stem and tighten it.
