Step 10 

When the bolt is loosened, you can simply 
adjust the handlebar stem to the desired 
angle. Afterwards, strongly tighten the bolt

Lastly, you might have to adjust the 
breaks, gear shifter, and display on 
your handlebar since their positioning 
changed when adjusting the angle. 
The bolts on the breaks can be 
loosened using a 5 mm allen key. If 
your bike has a gear shifter, you can 
loosen its bolt using a 3 mm allen 
key.
