Step 6

When tightening the new handlebar stem,
make sure to tighten

the bolt on top of

the stem

first. This bolt is necessary to

connect the handlebar stem to the fork and
the frame of the bike.

Step 7

Now, using the

4 mm allen key

again,

tighten two bolts at the side of the new
handlebar stem. Make sure that it is

aligned with the frame

of the bike so

that the handlebar will be straight once
attached.
