Attach the UVa
or polarizing
filter
.
• You cannot attach both filters at the same
time.
• If a filter is tightened too much, you may
not be able to remove it. Do not tighten it
too much.
• When taking pictures with the flash using
a filter, vignetting effect may occur.
• If a filter is dropped, it may be destroyed.
Be careful not to drop it when attaching it
to the camera.
• You can attach the lens hood when a filter
is attached.
• Detach a filter before attaching a
conversion lens.
Using the Remote
Control Unit
If you use the remote control unit (CR-DC1;
optional), you can avoid jitter (camera
shake) when using a tripod. The remote
control unit works similar to the shutter
button on the camera.

Connect the remote control unit
to the [REMOTE] socket on the
camera firmly.

Take a picture.
