Switching on the 6 V/35 W halogen lamp
• Switch on the 6 V/35 W halogen lamp with the
power switch (43.2) (position I = On).
• Adjust the brightness with the rotary knob
(43.1).
Adjustment specimen
For the initial adjustment of the microscope it is
recommended to use a specimen that contains
areas of high and low contrast.
For incident-light fluorescence of transparent
objects, adjust in transmitted light first.
