7.2 Error table
Error Cause Remedy
The system does not run at
all. Batteries are empty. Supply power to the charger.
Turn off the main switch of
the system. Switch on the main switch.
Key switch on the operating
cassette off. Switch on the key switch.
EMERGENCY STOP button
actuated. Unlock the button by pressing
it again and turning it
clockwise.
Swing doors are not closed
and locked. Close doors firmly.
Platform moves against
mechanical resistance. Remove obstacle.
Platform does not reach the
intended height. Upper limit switch or encoder
is not working properly. Replace the switch or have it
reset by the service company.
Platform does not move
upwards. The contact strip on the
platform is actuated. Clear the contact strip by
moving down and removing
the object.
Platform does not move
down. The safety bottom under the
platform is blocked /
activated. Clear the safety bottom by
driving up and removing the
object.
A swing door does not open The platform does not reach
the landing completely or the
door zone switch and/or limit
switch is defective.
Replace switch or have it reset
by the service company.
Check whether the contact
bar/safety bottom is activated.
