Previous checks
Before proceeding with the set up of BOOST check the following
points:
- Make sure the device works within its employ limits obtainable from
the table of technical features.
- Check the gate frame is solid and it runs without frictions or other
hindrances.
- Make sure there is a mechanical stop brake in closing as well as in
opening.
- Check the device works in a room non-subjected to flood risks or
with especially aggressive atmospheric agents (salt air).
- Make sure the gate is well lined to the running slide. An incorrectly
lined gate can provoke serious damages to the reduction gear.
- For the set up of the device a free space for operations of
maintenance and manual release is to be expected.
SET UP
Anchoring of the foundation plate
If on the set up space there is already a foundation for the fastening
of the plate, go on as follows:
- Place the anchoring plate on the concrete base, respecting the
dimensions reported in fig. 2 and fig. 3.
