Scroll down to “Universal Serial Bus controllers”, click the “+” icon to
expand the selection and see all installed USB devices. If the device and
driver have been installed correctly, then you should see “LDS-Dactron
Focus (USB 2.0 device)” in the list as shown below.
The
Focus II
will only be listed if it is connected via the USB cable. If
the
Focus II
is not connected, then it will not be listed in the Device
Manager list. If the LDS-Dactron Focus (USB 2.0 device) driver is not
listed and the
Focus II
is plugged in then the drive may not be installed
correctly. Try reinstalling or updating the device driver.
Failure to initialize the
Focus II
If power is lost or reduced below the minimum requirements during
operation of the
Focus II
, the following message will be displayed.
Follow the instructions provided to re-establish communication with the
Focus II
.
