LDLC.com warranty or the legal warranty.
LDLC.com will not take any responsibilities for the other costs, charges, losses or damages caused by
the usage of the camera, by the presence of a virus on the camera.
LDLC.com will not be liable for any events beyond its control which prevent to ensure the provision
of services, including interrupted telephone service, airport closures that interrupt the delivery of
goods, the natural disasters, weather, and stickers and unable to contact the customer to confirm
the different steps involved in making a guarantee of the camera.
4. Warranty Claim and the RMA Service :
In case of default of the camera, LDLC.com will advises customers to find the problem by performing
a brief technical verification using the manual provided to the customer with the camera.
If the problem persists, the client is invited to contact our “technical support team” by phone or
e-mail, for getting the bellowing information:

The customer number
•
The original purchase invoice of the camera
•
The details related to the fault
•
The details of any possible software or hardware changes to the camera
•
The assurance that the problem is not due to equipment or third-party software
•
The exact description of the various error messages
