Place the blower on your back, with the shoulder straps on and chest strap secured.
■
Lift the start button cover and press the start button until the engine starts. Then immediately
engage the throttle lever to start the blower (Fig. 18 - 20).
NOTE:
If the engine does not start, repeat step 5 until the engine starts.
■
If the blower fails to start, check the Troubleshooting section in the manual.
NOTE:
After the engine starts and runs, release the throttle lever and allow the blower to warm up
at idle for several minutes.
For warm start:
■
Make sure that the battery pack is securely in place.
