GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING
The engine cannot be
stopped.
The stop switch wire does
not connect.
Connect the wire.
The stop switch is broken.
Replace.
No load speed is instable.
Incorrect carburetor
adjustment.
Re-adjust the carburetor.
Gasket or washer has air
leakage.
Replace or re-tighten.
Fuel tube is broken.
Replace.
Crankcase washer has air
leakage.
Replace.
Fuel seal has air leakage.
Replace.
The tube has no wind or
less wind.
Air-inlet grill on the engine
mount cover is blocked.
Clean the air-inlet grill.
The impeller loosens.
Re-secure the impeller to the crankcase.
Air-outlet grill on the engine
mount cover is blocked.
Clean the air-out grill.
The concentrator nozzle is
blocked.
Clear the concentrator nozzle.
Abnormal sound when
starting the machine.
The motor idles, the engine
does not run and the blower
does not start.
The spring in the gear wheel is broken
and needs to be replaced.
The crankshaft piston shank loosens and
needs to be replaced.
The pawl comes apart from the pawl
assembly and needs to be reassembled.
The motor idles, the engine
runs and the blower does
not start.
Check if the cylinder has air leakage and
the there is no engine compression or the
engine compression is low.
The blower is overheated
and cannot start.
The carburetor is
overheated.
Put the machine in a ventilated place and
cool down for 1 hour.
Shortage of fuel inside the
primer bulb.
Press the primer bulb while starting and
ensure the fuel is enough for the primer
bulb. Make the blower cool down for 1
hour and then restart.
Spark plug has carbon
deposit.
Remove the carbon deposit or replace the
spark plug.
