TROUBLESHOOTING

These items must be performed with proper tools. See your authorized Lawn-King dealer for
service.
Problem
Possible Cause
Solution
Mains voltage is not present
• Check the power switch is ON and
that there is fuel in the tank.
• Check the fuel tank filter and clean if
necessary.
• Check the fuel in the tank. If water is
present, drain and rinse the entire
fuel system.
• Check the air filter and clean if
necessary.
• There may be carbon deposits in the
cylinder exhaust pipe or the silencer.
Clean these, or change the silencer.
Defective on/off switch
Defective motor
The suction tube is not
properly fitted
