6.3 TENSIONING AND REPLACING THE BELTS

Unscrew the four screws of the right servicing cover and remouve it (pos.1,2;fig.6.5).
Loosen the four bolts (pos.4;fig.6.5), and use the bolt (pos.3;fig.6.5) to tighten the belts.
The belt tension can be tested with an OPTIKRIK I (fig.6.7).
Тhe tension of the existing belt must be 250 N. The tension of the new belt must be 415N (fig.6.7).
6.4 DISMOUNTING/MOUNTING THE ENGINE
Unscrew the four screws of the right servicing cover and remouve it (pos.1,2;fig.6.5).
Unscrew the four bolts (pos.4; fig.6.5) and the tightening bolt (pos.3;fig.6.5).
Push the motor (pos.5; fig.6.5) towards the HEPA filter box and dismount the two belts.
Dismount the throttle kit of the motor
Pull straight up the motor together with the motor base plate
