MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Remove all components inside the dispenser as-
sembly.
Clean the components with cold or lukewarm wa-
ter, then dry it and refit it correctly
.
The dispensing unit must be removed and cleaned
every week.
CLEANING THE MILK UNIT
Rinse the milk module by performing the
“ FROTHER RINSING ” function (refer to the
“ CLEANING ” paragraph of the MACHINE
MENU chapter ) .
The SKIMMER RINSE function must always
be performed after a milk-based beverage has
been prepared.
Rinse the milk tube by performing the “ MILK
CLEANING ” function (refer to the “ CLEANING ”
paragraph of the MACHINE MENU chapter).
The MILK CLEANING function must be per-
formed every week, by using suitable products
for milk cleaning.
Pull out the dispenser assembly by pressing the
side levers
.
Use a non-abrasive soft sponge or cloth to clean
the milk tube inlet available.
