PREPARING THE BEVERAGE
CAPPUCCINO DELIVERY
Do steps: , , and in paragraph ES-
PRESSO DELIVERY .
Preset the milk tube as specified (refer to BEV-
ERAGE PREPARATION PRESETTING ).
Place the bottle containing the milk near the ma-
chine.
Only use cold milk at fridge temperature (4-8°C)
(39,2-46,4°F). Do not use milk at room tempera-
ture. Using soya milk doesn’t ensure perfect re-
sults.
Unhook the end of the tube from the clip and in-
sert it into the bottle.
Press the “CAPPUCCINO” button .
The machine draws the milk from the bottle, through
the tube, then the heating cycle is started. Once the
cycle has been completed, the milk will be automati-
cally supplied to the coffee cup placed on the cup
holding grid. After a few seconds, both the foam and
the coffee will be supplied, and the beverage will be
ready.
During supply, the CAPPUCCINO button is
turned on with blinking white light, the display
shows the animation of the selected beverage.
For a new supply cycle, wait for supply buttons
and multifunction button turning on with steady
white light.
Once supply is over, lift and then lower the capsule
loading lever to unload the exhausted capsule.
At the end of the supply cycle, the machine re-
quests the milk tube cleaning cycle (refer to MA-
CHINE MENU ).
