Use
First Use
Ensure that the electrical and water connections comply with the installation
instructions.
Remove the polystyrene block and any material from the drum.
Run a cotton cycle at 90 or 95°C , without any laundry in the machine, to remove
any manufacturing residue from the drum and tub. Pour 1/2 a measure of detergent
into the dispenser drawer and start the machine.
Setting the language
When switching on the appliance for the first time, by turning the programme selector
dial

, you must set the language that you prefer. When the appliance is switched on
again all the messagges in the display will appear in this language.
Important!
If the display is not showing any language, the appliance has already been
switched on once. In such case, if you would change the language setting, press
at the same time the buttons

and

for 6 seconds to activate the menu
language.

you can scroll all the available languages.
Press the button

twice to confirm your choice.
Setting the time
After the desired language you must set the time before the first wash.
Remember to change the setting time in accordance with daylight-savings time
or solar time.
The CLOCK setting permits you to modify/set up the current time. It is important
to keep it updated as the current END Cycle Time depends on it.
To set the time press reaptedly the button

SETTINGS
menu and
confirm your choice by pressing button

With a single and short pressing of the button

, the hours can be adjusted.
Press the button

to confirm it. Repeat the previous operation for setting the
minutes.
Important!
If the appliance has already been switched on once, refer to «Personalization»
chapter.
