Read this manual before using the unit to become familiar with its specifications and operation.

2.

The operator must be familiar with repair and maintenance of air conditioning to avoid damaging
equipment and mobile refrigeration systems.

3.

Always wear protective gloves and safety goggles when working. Contact with refrigerant may
cause injury. Never operate the unit near any flame or high source! Do not expose this equipment
directly under sunshine or rainfall. Avoid any contact with corrosive liquid or gas.

4.

The equipment is approved only for the R134a air conditioning system, refrigerant of other types
is not allowed.

5.

Each  time  before  starting  the  machine,  check  the  type  of  the  refrigerant  used  by  the  car  air
conditioning and switch off the engine.

6.

The actual capacity of refrigerant cylinder should not be more than 80% of its maximum (8 kg)
to prevent any serious accident caused by extra pressure of external factors.

7.

To  ensure  the  refill  function,  refrigerant  cylinder  must  contain  no  less  than  3kg  refrigerant,
otherwise the refill may fail.

8.

Bubbles are always  produced while discharging refrigerant  oil of automotive compressor. After
bubbles disappear, refill refrigerant oil in accordance with the discharge quantity. Do not overfill!

9.

Check the oil level and quality of the vacuum pump regularly. Operation without refrigerant oil is
strictly prohibited.

10.

Recycling  procedure  should  be  run  less  than  10  times  per  hour,  otherwise  compressor  may  be
damaged.

11.

In  routine  maintenance,  attention  should  be  paid  to  maintain  the  regular  oil  level  of  vacuum
pump(observe by opening the unit’s main entrance).

12.

Equipment contains electronic precision control components. Please do not disassemble or repair
without permission.
