Chapter III Repair and maintenance
3.1 Daily maintenance and cleaning:
Note: Before maintenance, power supply and air source must be cut off.

Check the oil level of atomized lubricator cup, if oil needs to be filled, cut off the power supply first, remove the cup, fill
with mineral oil SAE30.
z
Clean the oil cup and condensation in oil mist separator regularly.
z
Clean all the motional parts (as shown in figure 3-1) of clamp ring.

Check and tighten the bolts for all the connection parts regularly.

Keep the dryness and cleanness of internal hexagon rod (clean with diesel) (as shown in figure 3-2)

Check tension of drive belt. When adjustment needed, loosen the motor fixing bolt, tune the motor to proper position
and then tighten the bolt again to achieve tensioning of drive belt.

Keep machine and working area clean to avoid dust going into the moving components.
