If to choose internally locking, draw back the jaw first, then place wheel on the turntable, finally depress clamping

cylinder pedal “ ” to clamp the rim.

¾

If to choose externally locking (as shown in figure 2-4), stretch out the

jaw first, then place the wheel on the turntable to allow the two jaws inside to
clamp on the rims, hold the proximal side of tire by hands, depress clamping
cylinder pedal “ ” to place pedal at low range, jaws begin to tighten.
Observe the relative positions of the two proximal jaws to rims, when they are
close to the rim, lower down the proximal side, jaws will clamp the rim tightly.

4. Adjust the demounting head, place it on the working position at upper rim, screw lateral rocker positioning hand wheel (12

as shown in figure 1,), lock the hexagon rod (

 and

as shown in figure 2-5). To avoid scratches in rim, place the

demounting head with a distance of about 2mm from the upper rim side and edges, and then tighten the demounting head,
as shown in figure 2-6.

Figure 2-5                                                                              Figure 2-6

Note:
1. Due to prolonged use of rims, it is difficult to ensure roundness and parallelism. When the demounting head is in the
working position, find the maximum point of the rim and the highest point of roundness first. Then fix the demounting head
according to these two points to avoid scratching rims while demounting the wheels.

The positions of demounting head and rim should be tightened after they are adjusted. And hand wheel should be

screwed tightly onto the cross arm to prevent damages to the machine and tire and personal injuries during operation.

5.

When stepping on the turntable pedal, move down pneumatic control tire changer hook till the hook extends into the

inner edge of the bead disengaged and provoke it (as shown in Figure 2-7), point step on turntable rotating pedal, so
turntable rotates clockwise till all the bead is taken out (Figure 2-8),
