Inspect all blade spindle bearings for wear or damage.  Replace if needed.

Inspect and re-pack all wheel bearings. Replace if needed.

Inspect all component parts and wear points. Repair or replace any worn, damaged, 
or missing parts.

Replace gearbox shaft seals.

Change the gearbox oil 

(28 ounces SAE 80W-90 Grade gear oil).

Replace deck pivot pins and bushings.
