Pins 4 and 17 are not connected by an interface card; please check the manual of
interface card.

Connection cable don‘t connect these pins. Please use connection cable which con-
nects these pins.

Use a adapter, which connects the pins 4 and 17
Important Note:
Operate scanners/galvos only by an appropriate speed according to the angle. A too fast
repetition frequency can damage the scan system.
