repair or replace if necessary and return the goods free of charge.
Upon manufacture, a calibration certificate is produced on the date the product is
tested, before it is dispatched. This is included with your purchase.
The product is new and unused until its sold, so the purchase receipt date is the

. If the product needs to be tested for certification purposes at 3, 6 or 12
month intervals (depending on the standard the workshop is working to) it should be
tested 3, 6 or 12 months after the start of use date (purchase receipt date).
