1. CONVENTIONAL WARRANTY (ITALY ONLY)
The manufacturer recognizes a conventional guarantee
in addition to the legal one for all devices intended for
marketing, sold and installed exclusively on the Italian
territory only by authorized Italian dealers. IN OTHER
COUNTRIES THE CONSUMER MUST REFER TO THE
LEGAL GUARANTEE GIVEN BY THE SELLER.
The conventional guarantee does not replace the legal
guarantee due by the seller as provided for by the European
Directive 1999/44 / EC for the protection of Consumers and
by the relative decree implementing Legislative Decree
6/09/2005 n ° 206. The directive in question provides that in
In the event of lack of conformity of the product, the
Consumer has the right to claim against the final Seller to
obtain the restoration of the defects manifested within 24
months from the delivery date without charge. The
Manufacturer, L'Artistico srl based in Via Nazionale 2 in
Raffa of Puegnago del Garda (BS), although not a final
seller towards the consumer, intends to support the
responsibility of the final Seller with its own Conventional
Guarantee, provided through its own network of authorized
Technical Assistance Centers (CAT) and Qualified
Assistance installers (IQA), at the following conditions.
CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF CONVENTIONAL WARRANTY
Object of the Guarantee:
The object of the conventional Guarantee consists in restoring the
conformity of the goods without expenses for the Consumer under the
conditions specified below. The guarantee is exclusively for the repair
and / or free replacement of components recognized as affected by
design, manufacturing and construction defects.
Duration and starting date:
The products of manufacturer are guaranteed for a period of 24
months from the date of purchase. The purchase must be proved by a
fiscally valid document issued by the Dealer (receipt, invoice or
transport document) that identifies the product purchased and the
date of purchase and / or delivery of the same, provided that it took
place within 3 years from the date of manufacture of the product. After
the 24-month period, all the interventions and any spare parts will be
totally charged to the consumer.
These rules do not apply in the case of purchase of the product in the
context of commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activities. In
these cases the product warranty will be limited to a period of 12
months from the date of purchase. Also, before installing the
appliance in public places, ask about the different type of regulation to
which it will be subjected.
This warranty does not compensate for periods of time in which the
device is not used. The parts, components and / or accessories
repaired or replaced under warranty are guaranteed only for the
remaining period of the warranty. Warranty interventions do not
change the warranty start date and do not extend its duration.
ACTIVATION OF THE CONVENTIONAL
WARRANTY (ITALY ONLY)
The conventional guarantee for pellet or wood
products is activated only when the FIRST
IGNITION is carried out by C.A.T. or I.Q.A.
Authorized from manufacturer

within 30
days of commissioning the appliance and
maintains the seasonal maintenance performed by
C.A.T. or I.Q.A. authorized.
