8.2 LIGHT TROUBLESHOOTING
•
If the lights on the mast head are not turning on check the
main breaker box. The breakers should be
in the ON position
(up), if they are in the OFF position (down) simply flip
breakers
1, 2 ,3 and 4 in the
breaker box above the control
box
to the ON position.
•
When the whole system is off, all breakers in the main breaker
box must be OFF (down).
•
To change a breaker make sure the entire system is shut off
and disconnect all power. U
se a
flathead screwdriver to open
the breaker box inside panel.
o
Remove dead front
and set aside.
o
Disconnect the wire from the breaker.
o
Remove the breaker by pulling out
on
the top half of
the breaker towards you.
o
Replace old breaker with new breaker and insert the
bottom foot first.
o
Slide in the top half of the new breaker and carefully
make the wiring connection.
o
Replace the breaker box
dead front
and secure the
screws from earlier.
o
Connect to power and continue use.
8.3 CONTROL BOX TROUBLESHOOTING
•
The control box has a 24
Volt DC
Relay and a 120
Volt AC
Relay.
o
To change a relay, ensure the system is powered off and
there is no power to the unit.
o
When the power is off, pull the RED tab down from the 120
Volt AC
Relay then carefully remove the relay from the
housing.
o
Before fully removing, carefully remove all the wiring
connections leading into this relay.
o
Replace the old relay with a new one, carefully making the
same wiring connections and insert back into the slot
making sure to reinsert the red tab as well to lock it into
place.
o
Repeat the same steps as above for the 24
Volt DC
Relay,
but pull down the YELLOW tab when removing this relay.
