7.1)
Check fuel level in the fuel tank
. DO NOT
let it run dry, this is bad for the fuel pump and can
cause
damage.
7.2)
Check all fluids in the generator. This includes radiator coolant and oil.
7.3)
Check tire thread wear (and replacing when needed).
7.4)
Check Tire Pressure and insure it meets required pressure listed by manufacturer on the tires'
side
wall.
7.5)
Check all lug nuts to ensure they are tight and secured.
7.6)
Check all battery terminals for corrosion and ensure wires are secure.
7.7)
Check radiator fan for obstructions.
MONTHLY INSPECTION CHECK LIST
7.8)
Check hydraulic hose line for heat/sun damager or kinks (monthly visual inspection with
replacement every 1-2 years recommended).
7.9)
Visually inspect all hydraulic fittings for leaks, corrosion, damage, etc.
7.10)
Check the hydraulic ram cylinder for leaks or damaged/worn seals.
7.11)
Visually inspect fuel filter for any damage.
7.12)
Replace the fuel filter every 3 months.
7.13)
Inspect all air lines and air line connections for damages or leaks.
7.14)
Use a spray bottle filled with water and spray lines and connections.
7.15)
If a leak is present, you will see a large amount of bubbles forming in the water.
7.16)
Inspect all electrical wiring (especially cables going up to the lights)
7.17)
Check to see if there are any kinks present or any damage.
7.18)
Inspect all electrical boxes.
7.19)
Check weather resistant ones to make sure seals/gaskets have not degraded.
7.20)
Check all light head bolts (replace if large deformation).
7.21)
Check hydraulic ram pins and replace if deformed (when removed).
7.22)
Check bolts for wear and replace when necessary.
7.23)
Check for clogged or blocked radiator core.
