The light fixture on this wheelbarrow cart is factory sealed.
CART OPERATION
The wheelbarrow cart assembly consists of 2 parts:
1.
Light head
2.
Wheelbarrow cart base
To assemble cart, insert light head over center hole of wheelbarrow cart and tighten hand screw. The
wheelbarrow cart is now ready for use.
Tilt cart using both handles and maneuver like a wheelbarrow. Simply roll entire assembly to a new location
once assembled. Make sure light head is secure prior to maneuvering cart.
WARNING:
Be sure all hand screws are tight before transporting! Use caution when maneuvering near
inclines or drop offs.
Run power cord to a nearby receptacle outputting voltage listed on product label.
WARNING:
check nameplate for proper voltage. Damage from improper voltage may void warranty.
To adjust light head vertically, loosen hand screws on either side. Once desired angle is achieved, tighten
both hand screws to
secure light in its place. Loosen the single hand screw holding light head to rotate
horizontally.
Be sure all hand screws are tight
before transporting!

QUICK CHANGE
MOUNTING
SYSTEM
The Quick Change (QC Series) mounting system from Larson Electronics features an innovative quick change design platform, allowing
operators to quickly mount and dismount the light head assembly from the mounting base. To mount a QC Series compatible light
fixture, operators simply slide the male end mounting section of the light assembly into the female end mounting section on the
mounting base, then tighten the locking ring to ensure the light assembly has been secured. To dismount, operators unscrew the locking
ring, slide the light head assembly forward, and the light assembly has been removed.
MOUNTING
This explosion proof portable LED tank light is comprised of an adjustable LED light head mounted atop a wheelbarrow style cart
fabricated from non-sparking powder coated aluminum and includes solid wheels allow the operator to tilt the unit up and simply roll the
entire assembly to a new location. This explosion proof LED light cart features a removable 16 inch LED light head mounted atop a solid
rubber wheeled cart fabricated from non sparking aluminum. Transferring the unit through manholes consists of simply removing the light
head from the cart, passing the light head and cart through the manhole separately, and then reassembling the unit once inside. The
LED light head on this unit is small enough to allow it to fit through most standard size manholes and entry points.
Often referred to as simply a "tank light," this unit is considered universal due to its ability to be passed through any conventional
manhole such as those found in petrochemical containers and ship storage tanks. Transferring the unit through manholes consists of
simply removing the light head from the base, passing the light head and base through the manhole separately, and then reassembling
the unit once inside.
